Did you know that the NFL’s 13th week has already started? I just found out a few minutes ago, the Houston Texans lost to the Eagles in Philadelphia last night but nobody knew about it thanks to LeBron going back to Cleveland. Wow, I don’t think there has ever been a basketball game so big that it wiped out a Thursday night football game from public view.
There are three games of interest this week, starting off with the Dallas Cowboys taking on the Indianapolis Colts in Indianapolis. Who would have thought just a few short weeks ago that the Cowboys would have a chance to beat the Colts? The Colts have been stinking it up and might not even make the playoffs, I have the Cowboys taking this one.
Then there is the Sunday Night matchup pitting the Pittsburgh Steelers at the Baltimore Ravens, where the Ravens will get their revenge for their early season loss to the Steelers. Then of course the Monday matchup showcasing the New York Jets at the New England Patriots should really be something. I don’t feel the Patriots have the offense to put up with the Jets defense so expect to see the Jets winning this one.
