TO has just signed a one year $2 million deal with the Cincinnati Bengals. Looking over yesterday’s Fantasy Football Rankings 2010 TO ranks 46th overall and would make a fine choice as your teams number one wide receiver especially now with the Bengal’s offense. Can’t wait till next season to see TO and Chad Ochocinco on the same team at the same time and let’s not forget they signed Antonio Bryant this summer as well.
