Drafted Adrian Peterson first, everyone’s number one pick. From there I had back to back picks for the rest of the draft. So I drafted Marion “The Barbarian” Barber and Calvin “Megatron” Johnson. After that Tony Romo and TO. Sure hope they both have good seasons without each other. Then LenDale White and Thomas Pierre . A lot of people are avoiding Ronnie Brown and Pierre Thomas. Pierre slipped from being 24th all the way down to 56th, and I don’t feel that Reggie Bush will ever be a #1 back in the league so the Saints will give the carries to Thomas Pierre. Ironically after that I picked up Reggie just in case I was wrong and he blows up. Then I could have drafted Jonathan Steward, Larry Johnson or Darren McFadden but I took Eddie Royal since I only had two wide receivers and five running backs. Then I got Kellen Winslow and Anthony Gonzalez even though Darren McFadden was available since my team had no tight ends. Then I drafted Michael Crabtree and Darren McFadden. McFadden slipped so much I had to get him. Finally I drafted Matt Hasselbeck and Felix Jones. From the waiver wire I would get Vernon Davis since he is ranked 164th and I feel with a new offensive coordinator will go from a blocking tight end to more of a receiving tight end.
Looking at this team, I have 7 running backs, 2 quarterbacks, 5 wide receivers and 1 tight end. This is VERY VERY GOOD TEAM in terms of A level talent, depth, and sleepers in Crabtree, McFadden and Jones.
